This is the place for those that want first-class accommodations. Beautiful ocean views! (The photograph to the right is the actual view from the front balcony.) This immaculate home with brand-new contemporary furnishings is located just a short block to the ocean. It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath with separate dining area, granite countertops in kitchen, queen sofa bed, travertine floors, private garden patio, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, a television in the master bedroom, plasma television and CD/DVD player in living room, fine linens and more.

This unit can be rented in conjunction with the Vista Del Mar right up stairs for a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping space for up to 12 and two amazing views.

This home also includes off street parking for one car in the driveway. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items available, please contact us.

$2,100/week or $350/night or $6,000/month during the Winter Season
$2,400/week or $400/night during Holidays
$2,600/week or $433/night during Mid Season
$2,800/week or $466.67/night during the Summer Season

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or damage waiver.
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
