The Tropical Shores Retreat features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This delightfully decorated beach home can accommodate up to 12 for dining, has private outdoor spaces for al fresco dining, BBQ and relaxing areas surrounded by lush landscaping. The home provides the warmth and character of a tropical beach home perfect for a summer vacation, relaxing getaway week or recharging retreat.

The Tropical Shores Retreat is located on a quiet street in a safe, friendly neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and shopping. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home features a light well-equipped kitchen, large airy living room, with a fireplace, that opens onto a private lounge deck covered with grapevines. The Master bedroom has a modern, tropical canopied California King bed with en suite bathroom, and it also opens onto the sunny deck. The second bedroom in the main house sleeps 4 with a queen bed with a twin bunk bed above and and additional twin bed on the other side of the room. There is a full bath situated just outside the bedroom door off the hallway.

From the deck, after a couple of steps downward, there is a fully equipped casita/pool house surrounded by shady landscaping, palm trees and a refreshing lap pool. The casita has a Queen bed, and single person futon bed/chair, studio style kitchen area, and newly renovated bathroom, floored with a colorful mosaic beach design. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the outside with a fun, stable door. There are lovely, relaxing outdoor sitting areas by the pool with white wicker rocking chairs and loungers.

At the front of this cheerful yellow house, there is a colorful flower garden resplendent with roses. The garage contains the washer and dryer and in front is the off street parking.

Cheerful, spacious and roomy, this tropical home is of a high standard and very welcoming. Once you vacation here, you will be want to come back year after year!

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. Rates
$3,000/week or $429/night or $9,600/month during the Winter Season
$3,900/week or $557/night during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Spring Break/Easter
$4,000/week or $571/night during Mid Season (Memorial Day - Mid June and Labor Day - September 30)
$4,700/week during the Summer Season - weekly basis from Saturday - Saturday only

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and refundable security deposit
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter and 4 night minimum during Holiday seasons
