The Tropical Shores Retreat is located on a quiet street in a safe, friendly neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and shopping. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home features a light well-equipped kitchen, large airy living room, with a fireplace, that opens onto a private lounge deck covered with grapevines. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, and it also opens onto the sunny deck. The second bedroom in the main house offers another queen bed and attached full bathroom.

From the deck, after a couple of steps downward, there is a fully equipped casita/pool house surrounded by shady landscaping, palm trees and a refreshing lap pool. The casita has a Queen bed, studio style kitchen area, and newly renovated bathroom, floored with a colorful mosaic beach design. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the outside with a fun, stable door. There are lovely, relaxing outdoor sitting areas by the pool with white wicker rocking chairs and loungers.

At the front of this classy home, there is a colorful flower garden resplendent with roses. The garage contains the washer and dryer and in front is the off street parking.
