My Dream Home is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located in the highly coveted neighborhood of beautiful Birdrock La Jolla. This home marries classical architecture with whimsical design.

This 3,650 square foot home can accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for large families. Upstairs the Master bedroom offers 1 king bed, large closet space, ceiling fans and bright airy windows. You will be ready to relax and unwind in the master bath with a 2 person bathtub; steam shower; large walk-in shower, His & Her vanities.

The second guest room has a queen bed, complete with closet, large bright windows and ceiling fans, plus a spacious bathroom. There are two rooms perfect for kids with 2 twin trundle beds and 1 bunk bed. These two rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with 2 sinks and brilliantly imaginative bathtub & shower.

Also on the second floor there is an office space room and foyer space, in addition to a spacious deck with lounge furniture and views; accessible from upstairs bedrooms & backyard. A full sized washer and dryer are located on this level as well, to make sure you return home without any sand in your suitcase.

Downstairs you can tempt your guests with creations you have concocted in the gourmet kitchen complete with 6 burner gas cook top, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, wine refrigerator, built-in espresso maker, and large marble island with 10 person eat-at banquette. In addition just off the kitchen is a large covered Loggia with outdoor couch and chairs, perfect for summer dining.

Outside enjoy entertaining under the stars with gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. Play your favorite music for your guests, which can be heard outdoors as well as in each room of the house. Kids will enjoy the outdoor play – structure, tree swings and turf, while parents will enjoy the 5 person hot and bubbly Jacuzzi.

This high-tech house boasts 2 large LCD TVs with satellite TV, DVD, and surround-sound system. Perfect for movie night, just cuddle up on the plush couches in the living room and enjoy some family time. Or head up stairs to the roof- top deck, complete with bar table and chairs and enjoy the breath taking California Sunset.

There is high-speed internet access throughout the property for your laptop computer. We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc.

In addition, we offer full concierge services. You can order discounted attraction tickets, food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. We can set dinner reservations or tee times for you, and we can help you with planning any other activity or special request you may have.
