The Mermaid's Penthouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the 3rd floor of an elevator building that sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, private master bathroom with spacious walk-in tiled shower and large mirrored closets. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and large mirrored closets.

Make yourself at home in the tastefully decorated and inviting living room that features vaulted wood-beamed ceiling, original artwork, hardwood floors, large sectional leather couches and a stretch ottoman that offer AMAZING VIEWS from every seat.

A television with all cable channels, VCR and stereo system will keep the family entertained after a day at the beach. The kitchen is brand new, with granite, maple and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the home and a phone (for local calls) all designed for your convenience. Wifi is also available.

The Mermaid's Penthouse debuted as a vacation rental this summer with complete guest satisfaction! Surfing, swimming, sight-seeing, people-watching, and Sea World . . . It's all right here! This home has its own off street parking space next to the building. Upon request, we can also provide pak-n-play cribs, highchairs and noise monitors for families with small children. For an additional $15 charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of three days prior to your arrival date. Your order, plus the delivery fee, will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5 pm PST the day prior to your arrival. $3,500/week or $585/night during the Memorial Day Holiday Week (Saturday-Saturday only (May 23rd- May 30th 2009)

$4,500/week or $750/night during the 4th of July Holiday Week (July 4th through July 11th)
