LayAway Vacation Plan (for guests booking 9 - 14 months prior to arrival)

Along with our other discounts and specials, we are giving you more time to pay for your much needed vacation to Sunny San Diego. Not only do you receive incredible savings and “first choice” of our wide selection of homes, but you can now stretch out your payments in four (4) easy payments. This LayAway Vacation Plan is easy. Here is how it works:

• Choose a home from our wide selection that will fit any budget.
• Book your home online or call one of our Vacation Rental Planners at 1-877-705-4951.
• Upon booking, a $200 non refundable fee will be taken and secure your dates at the house of your choice for next years dates.
• Beginning 7 months prior to your arrival date, your remaining balance will be split into 3 equal payments with the final payment being due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• No interest or credit card fees apply
• Effectively there is no cancellation fee other than the non refundable $200, if you cancel more than 7 months prior to your arrival date.

Example LayAway Vacation Plan Schedule to reserve your home for your July 1, 2013 arrival:
$200 + optional travel insurance :: due today
33% of balance :: due 12/1/2012 (7 months prior to arrival)
33% of balance :: due 3/1/2013 (4 months prior to arrival)
all remaining balance :: due 6/1/2013 (30 days prior to arrival)

Easy Pay Plan (for guests booking 6 - 10 months prior to arrival)

Along with our other discounts and specials, we are giving you more time to pay for your much needed vacation to Sunny San Diego. Not only do you receive incredible savings and “first choice” of our wide selection of homes, but you can now stretch out your payments in three (3) easy payments. This LayAway Vacation Plan is easy. Here is how it works:

• Choose a home from our wide selection that will fit any budget.
• Book your home online or call one of our Vacation Rental Planners at 1-877-705-4951.
• Upon booking, 25% of the rental fee plus optional travel insurance will be due to secure your dates at the house of your choice.
• 90 days later, a second payment of 25% of the rent will be due and automatically charged to your credit card.
• The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Plus you will not be charged any interest, credit card fees or any other additional fees!

Example Easy Pay Plan Schedule to reserve your home for your July 1, 2013 arrival:
25% of the rent + optional travel insurance :: due today
25% of the rent :: due in 90 days
all remaining balance :: due 6/1/2013 (30 days prior to arrival)

IT'S THAT EASY!   All you need to qualify either of these Payment Plans is to have a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card. By choosing a Payment Plan, you are preauthorizing So Cal Vacation Rentals to charge your credit/debit card according to the payment plan installments. Please remember that all balances must be paid in full 30 days before arrival.
