Property Description
Welcome to Law Street. There are four 2-bdrm/1ba units in this 4-plex, three on the ground level and one upstairs above the garages. This unit is in the middle of the three ground floor units with windows on the west and east sides. It does not have a dishwasher because it is just a wee bit smaller than the others, not much but just enough that after we opened up the wall to the living room to make the pass-through/breakfast bar, there was just not quite enough room left.

It has a queen in the first bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The leather couch does NOT open up into a sofa-bed but someone could sleep on it. We also have a Pack-N-Play available, if needed. We recommend no more than 4 people in this unit. It's about 650 sq feet.

The entire building was just remodeled in the summer of 2007 and tastefully and comfortably furnished with all new furniture, beds, appliances, linens, dishes, automatic garage doors and openers, gas BBQs, patio furniture, etc. The kitchen and bath have granite counter tops, beautiful maple cabinets, and travertine flooring. There is carpet in the living room and bedrooms. As in all of our beach units, it has no A/C but it does have ceiling fans in each room and a wall heater. All of our rentals are spotlessly clean, well maintained and we have tried to provide everything you will need for a fun and comfortable stay near the beach.

Cable/wireless Internet and digital phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work and family and look up what to do and where to go in San Diego if you bring a laptop with you. We also have computers available for rent. Cable TV and DVD will keep you entertained in the evening. No fighting for parking at the beach because all four of these units have their own private garage (they will not accommodate extra large vehicles) with new garage doors and automatic garage door openers. There is also a free laundry room (shared by all four units) and a large shared patio area with a large gas BBQ, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs, four beach cruiser bicycles with locks, beach chars and boogie boards.

Take an early morning stroll on the beach, just a half block away, before heading out for a day of San Diego sightseeing. Most tourist destinations such as Sea World, the Zoo and Balboa Park, The Gas Lamp District, The Embarcadero with it's Maritime museums, Sea Port Village, Point Loma, La Jolla and Old Town are all within 3-8 miles. In the evening, return to catch the sunset and maybe a glimpse of the green flash while enjoying the cool Pacific off-shore breezes at Law Street Palisades Park or, a little closer to home, right on the front patio.

You will be just three houses from Law Street Palisades Park which several San Diego websites list as the "Best Beach Overlook." This two-block long patch of lush green grass, with several shaded benches, overlooks the sandy beach from the top of a 25 foot cliff but there is easy access to the beach below via a ramp which is an extension of Law St. It is a favorite spot for observing the wide white-sand beach below and the endless numbers of surfers and sail-boarders displaying their skills at wave-ridding, just off-shore. The park is also a favorite for picnickers and sunset watchers and has restrooms and outdoor showers.

North Pacific Beach around Law Street has a much more mellow, less crowded atmosphere than Pacific Beach and Mission Beach south of Crystal Pier/Garnet Street, yet Pacific Beach's myriad of ethnic and seafood restaurants, shops and clubs are only 6 blocks away. Law Street is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood and we'd like to keep it that way! We do not allow parties in our units or in the common areas. We strive to provide a quality environment for all of our guests and our neighbors. We rent to responsible, considerate adults and families.

We have a 5-year stellar track record of vacation rentals in this area! We invite you to read our guestbook comments for our other rentals until we get some for these newest of our rentals. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. There is a one car garage as well as off street parking for one additional car. In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. Rates
$1,100/week or $157/night or $3,300/month during the Winter Season
$1,200/week or $172/night during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Spring Break/Easter
$1,400/week or $200/night during Mid Season
$1,700/week during the Summer Season - weekly basis from Saturday - Saturday only

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, $135 cleaning fee and refundable security deposit
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter and 4 night minimum during Holiday seasons
