Yellow Cottage

We loved the location which was close to the beaches and the village of LaJolla. The staff was great to work with! Our only complaint would be that the some of the amenities at the Yellow Cottage were in need of replacement or updating. Some of the hardwood floor boards were loose and the toilets were so loud when flushed and the upstairs toilet kept running after flushing. We thought that all the "upper" shutters on the windows should be removed to showcase the wide window moldings and high windows. They are so not necessary for privacy and it was hard to open the lower shutters because they always stuck or got caught on the upper shutters.
