If you are looking for a perfect Beach front space and one outdoor parking space this is ideal. Jackie and her staff at SCVR were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. However has far as luxury goes don’t let the pictures fool you. It is much smaller than it looks and needs some maintenance. Be prepared to go to the store and purchase all your small cooking supplies from coffee, salt & pepper to paper towels, & cleaning supplies etc. The cupboards are bare! We run out of TP within three days and had to make another trip. There were no dish clothes or towels to clean with so we used the hand towels in the BR. No broom to sweep up sand, etc. Had to go the laundry matt to purchase soap to wash clothes and towels with! It became a lot of work to keep running to the store for every single thing and not as relaxing as we had hoped. We found tons of beautiful places which were much less expense. So do your shopping or be ready to go shopping upon your arrival. But if you’re just there for the spectacular views and closeness to the beach this is perfect. Many amenities they promised were not available for this unit such as bikes so also be prepared to rent what you need!
