Forever Views

The house is mostly good and the management company that processed the rental was very nice. The location is great, and the house works well for extended family groups because of the separation of bedrooms between 3 levels. However, I couldn't give it 5 stars because there were a lot of minor issues that should have been addressed by the owner to make it a great overall value. For example, many appliances are very old and were either broken, noisy, or unreliable. I learned the hard way the driveway is not shaped properly -- you can see lots of deep scrapes at the top of the driveway -- but there was no warning in the welcome email. The paint is very marked up, and we had to keep showers short to avoid cold showers.
