Corey House

We had a great time and loved the charm of Corey House. The downstairs layout, the kitchen, the front porch and patio in back were wonderful spaces. But since you asked, I will mention a few things that were not very handy. It was advertised as 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, but "four blocks" would be more honest. The shower apparatus wasn't functioning, and we could have called you about that, but didn't. A couple of hooks in the bathroom and a soap/shampoo holder in the bathtub would be most helpful. Then there's the bedroom. It turned out to be only two of us, so it was o.k., because we used one bed for our stuff. If there had been four people it would not have worked very well. What about some built-in shelves, at least, on the landing at the top of the stairs? Also, we found out that we could bump our heads three different ways, getting in and out of bed. Bummer.
