The Forever Views is a stunning home with amazing 180 degree views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean from two large decks where you can eat, relax and enjoy the warm California sunshine. This home has lots of space and has been very well maintained. There are three floors in the home with an elevator for elderly or disabled guests. This home also has a fireplace, wet bar, telescope, ping pong table, floor to ceiling french doors, high ceilings, skylights and lots of windows, a laundry room, garage and more. This home is perfect for large families, multiple families or group gatherings as there is sleeping space for 15, and more than enough room for everyone.

The top floor of the house hosts the master suite which has french doors that open up to the top floor deck and allows the guests a beautiful view of the ocean from the comfortable queen size bed. The master suite also includes walk in closet, dressing table, dual bathroom sinks and custom tiled, oversized jacuzzi bathtub and shower area. Also on this level is a second bedroom with one twin size bed. The deck on this floor of the house has beautiful teak outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ so you can enjoy the soft ocean breeze and beautiful unobstructed view of the sunset while eating dinner or just relaxing. The comfortable seating area in the top floor living room includes a working gas fireplace, desk/writing area, french doors that open up onto the deck and a large telescope to watch for whales and dolphins playing in the water. This floor also includes a dining area with beautiful wood table and built in buffet, half bath and spacious kitchen. The full kitchen includes double oven, gas range top, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and double sided sink. The spacious cabinets and counter tops create more room than you will know what to do with while preparing a meal for your entire family. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.

The second floor of the house has another large deck with patio furniture and french doors that open up to make the indoor rooms feel as if they are one with the outdoor deck area. This floor is the entertainment center of the house. The living room on this floor includes a wet bar with ice maker, color television with full cable channels, another dining table with a chess set and other games for guests to enjoy. There are two bedrooms on this floor both of which have queen size beds, plus there is an additional sofa sleeper bed just off the living area. This floor also has a large bathroom with custom tiled bathtub/shower area and laundry area.

The bottom floor of the house is a converted basement and the PERFECT area for kids. The basement includes a seating area with three couches, stereo system, and a full size ping pong table and other fun activities for kids or playful adults to enjoy. There are a total of 6 twin size beds on this floor of the house. There is also a handicapped accessible bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower. ** Please note that this is a converted basement and set up to be a game room / sleeping area for kids more than a living space for adults. The only access to this floor of the home is by elevator (there are no stairs to this level from the other levels of the home). This may not be an ideal sleeping space for small children whose parents will be sleeping upstairs.

This house is a treat by itself, and you may want to spend your whole vacation here enjoying the views and relaxing atmosphere. However, if you do decide to venture out, the beach is a short walk away, there are many restaurants and shops (including a Starbucks) within two blocks of the house and the closest grocery store is only five minutes away. This home is also central to all of San Diego's famous attractions. Sea World is less than a 5 minute drive, The Zoo is only 15 minutes away and Lego Land and The Wild Animal Park are only a short drive away as well.

This home also includes off street parking for one car in the driveway (which is sloped and will not accommodate low profile vehicles) plus there is ample parking for additional cars on the street. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has radiant (electric) heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. $3,000/week or $500/night or $9,000/month during the Winter Season
$4,000/week or $667/night during Holidays
