New Broyhill furniture in Master Bedroom with California King size bed. Master suite has TV and CD/DVD player. Second bedroom has beautiful queen size bed with Mission style bedroom set. Third bedroom has double size bed with desk/computer set up for DSL internet access.

Sunroom has new queen size sofa couch with Oriental carpet with views to outside patio deck. Patio deck has glass table with six chairs.

Fully furnished Kitchen has just been remodeled with teak cabinets and limestone floors. Dining room table can seat up to eight people. The large living room has new leather couch and chair with views to the ocean while sitting to watch TV on a large screen. Gas burning fireplace in living room.

Both bathrooms have new limestone floors. Majority of flooring in the rest of the house is hardwood floors. Large Oriental carpets throughout house. Washing machine and dryer in garage.

Walking distance to nice restaurants, Starbucks, bakery, liquor store and more.

This home also includes off street parking for up to two cars with one in the garage and one in the driveway. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. $1,500/week or $250/night or $4,000/month during the Winter Season
$1,800/week or $300/night during Holidays
$2,100/week or $350/night during Mid Season
$2,500/week or $417/night during the Summer Season

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or damage waiver.
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
