The La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow is a beautiful home with a relaxing atmosphere and fun seaside inspired furnishings and decorations. This home is located in a quite residential neighborhood, but only 1 block to the exciting and glamorous La Jolla Shores one of the most popular beaches in San Diego County, and a 5 minute drive from La Jolla Cove.

The La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow is large and airy with stylish, yet comfortable furnishings and every modern convenience you will want while on vacation at the beach. The full kitchen is complete with placesettings for 12 including quality dishes, silverware, and glassware. There is also a full size microwave, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, oven and stove, as well as all kitchen items necessary to prepare any meal. There is a great breakfast bar as well as dining table with four chairs in the kitchen area that can be used for both eating and working. The living room has a working gas fireplace and is furnished with a 32 " plasma screen television, DVD player, full cable channels, a radio/CD/tape player, telephone, videos, scrabble, pictionary, puzzles and other games too.

The master bedroom with a queen-size bed in four poster bed frame, 20 " plasma screen television, with remote, alarm clock, a large closet and desk/vanity area, and sitting area for reading or relaxing after a long day of activities. The master bedroom also has its own private patio area which is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or some afternoon sun. The second bedroom has two twin size beds with large closet, an alarm clock and reading lights. The third (optional) bedroom is located just off the living room area and has a queen size murphy bed and beautiful glass paned doors that lead outside into the courtyard/patio area. There are two full size bathrooms in the home. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.

The La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow has a quiet and private courtyard/patio area, which is ideal for barbecues, outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a gas BBQ in the courtyard with all cooking utensils provided and an outdoor dining area with seating for six.

A full size washer and dryer is located in the home for your convenience. Off street parking for one car is provided, in an enclosed gated driveway.

If you have a larger party than 6, the Nautical Beach Home, right next door also accommodates 6 - 9 and may be available.

For an additional charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. $1,900/week or $317/night or $6,900/month during the Winter Season
$2,400/week or $400/night during Holidays
$2,600/week or $433/night during Mid Season
$2,800/week or $467/night during the Summer Season

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
