Boomers is the place for family fun in San Diego! Located inland from the beaches in Kearny Mesa, Boomers is just a short 15 minute drive from La Jolla, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach. The batting cages vary in pitch speed from 20 – 25 mph slow balls to 75 mph fast pitches. Not only can you hit baseballs in the batting cages, but you can also enjoy mini golf, arcade games, race cars and bumper boats.
Whether you want to hit for the fun of it, or you’re looking for that competitive edge, a trip to the batting cage is just what the doctor ordered. We offer batting helmets and bats, or you can bring your own. Our slow pitch softball, fast pitch softball, or baseball pitching machines can replicate speeds up to 70 mph. So bring the team or come alone. We’ll help you sharpen your batting eye and groove your stroke.

Reservations available Monday - Thursday and Friday before 4pm.
Closed-toe shoes required. No cleats. Must wear helmet.
Batters must be at least 6 yrs. old.
(Your activity reservation details will be e-mailed to you prior to you arrival. A copy of these materials will also be found in the house when you arrive with your welcome packet.)
