Baby Items Order Form

We strive to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possible.  For families with small children, we offer many baby items to help lighten your load.  There is already a high chair and paknplay at each home.  If you would like to request additional baby items to be delivered prior to your arrival, please fill it out and send it back this form as soon as possible to reserve the items you will need.  Items are distributed on a first come, first serve basis, so send your request in early.
